On November 4, 2022, at about 4:48 p.m., State Police of Cobleskill stopped a vehicle on State Highway 7 in Schoharie, NY, for a speeding Violation of the Vehicle and Traffic Laws.  During the interview, Troopers identified the driver as Michael W. Donovan, 32, of Middleburgh, NY.  Donovan was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.  He transported to SP Princetown for processing, where he recorded a 0.19% BAC.  Donovan was issued tickets returnable to the Schoharie Town Court on November 15, 2022, and released to a sober party.

On November 4, 2022, at about 11:00 p.m. State Police of Brunswick stopped a vehicle on Oakwood Avenue in Brunswick, NY, for an equipment violation of the Vehicle and Traffic Laws. During the interview, Trooper identified the driver as Juliana Burger, 19, of Schenectady, NY. Burger was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.  She was transported to SP Brunswick for processing, where she recorded a 0.20% BAC. Burger was issued tickets returnable to the Brunswick Town Court on November 16, 2022, and released to a sober party.

On November 4, 2022, at about 10:45 p.m. State Police of Wilton responded to the area of Brownville Road in Northumberland, NY, for the report of a disorderly person. On arrival, Troopers observed Clayton R. Mann Jr., 51, of Northumberland, NY, operating a golf cart on the roadway.  Mann Jr. was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree, Harassment in the Second Degree, and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to SP Wilton for processing, where he recorded a 0.20% BAC. Mann Jr. was issued tickets returnable to the Northumberland Town Court on November 22, 2022, and released to a sober party.

On November 5, 2022, at about 4:57 a.m. State Police of Mayfield responded to State Route 29A in Caroga, NY, for a one-car vehicle crash involving a deer. The trooper identified the driver as Andrew J. Brooks, 39, of Gloversville, NY.  Brooks was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to SP Mayfield for processing, where he recorded a 0.18% BAC.  He was issued tickets returnable to the Caroga Town Court on December 12, 2022, and released to a sober party.  

On November 6, 2022, at about 10:25 p.m. State Police of Clifton Park stopped a vehicle on Fire Road in Clifton Park, NY, for a registration violation of the Vehicle and Traffic Law. Troopers identified the driver as Markos Abebe, 25, of Guilderland, NY.  Abebe was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to SP Clifton Park for processing, where he recorded a 0.18% BAC.  Abebe has been convicted of Driving While Impaired in the last ten years. He was issued tickets returnable to the Clifton Park Town Court on December 1, 2022, and released to a sober party.

On November 7, 2022, State Police of Wilton responded to a vehicle off the roadway on Stony Creek Road in Hadley, NY. The Trooper identified the vehicle’s driver as Harrison E. Blanchard, 20, of Stony Creek, NY. Blanchard was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to SP Wilton for processing, where he recorded a 0.24% BAC. He was issued tickets returnable to the Hadley Town Court on December 7, 2022, and released to a sober party.

On November 10, 2022, at about 1:23 a.m. State Police of Cobleskill stopped a vehicle on State Route 7 in Cobleskill, NY, for multiple Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. During the interview, Troopers identified the driver as Macie L. Schrom, 27, of Worchester, NY.  Schrom was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. She was transported to SP Princetown for processing, where she recorded 0.24% BAC. She was issued tickets returnable to the Cobleskill Town Court on November 29, 2022, and released to a sober party. 

On November 15, 2022, at about 12:14 a.m. State Police of Queensbury responded to a vehicle off the roadway on State Route 9L in Lake George, NY. The driver was identified as Seth C. Brady, 43, of New Hartford, CT.  Brady was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. He was transported to SP Queensbury for processing, where he recorded a 0.25% BAC.  Brady was turned over to the Warren County Correctional Facility due to the unavailability of a sober party.  

On November 16, 2022, at about 4:35 p.m. State Police of Brunswick stopped a vehicle on Sweetmilk Creek Road in Brunswick, NY, after observing multiple Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. During the interview, Trooper identified the driver as Allison M. Kirby, 56, of Petersburgh, NY.  Kirby was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations. Kirby was transported to SP Brunswick for processing, where she recorded a 0.19% BAC. She was issued tickets returnable to the Brunswick Town Court on November 20, 2022, and released to a sober party. 

On November 16, 2022, at about 8:54 p.m. State Police of Saratoga stopped a vehicle on State Route 9 in Malta, NY that was observed operating erratically.  Troopers identified the driver as Jerry R. Bryden, 46, of Ballston Spa, NY.  Bryden was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to SP Saratoga, where he recorded a 0.20% BAC.  He was issued tickets returnable to the Malta Town Court on December 8, 2022, and released to a sober party.
