On Monday, October 3, 2022, troopers from SP Williamson observed a vehicle with an expired inspection on State Route 104 in the town of Ontario.  Richard T. Parker, age 27, of Newark, was subsequently arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, multiple traffic violations, and a Bench Warrant for Grand Larceny 3rd Degree.

Passenger, Todd R. Heers, 46, of Marion, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.

Heers was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Ontario Court on October 25, 2022.   Parker was transported to Wayne County Jail for arraignment for the Bench Warrant.
