PRESS RELEASE
 

On Sunday, July 31, 2022, troopers from SP Wolcott responded to a suspicious vehicle on the corner of State Route 89 and Wolcott Spring Lake Road in the town of Butler.  Andrew J. Finocchiaro, age 42, of Chittenango, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and a traffic violation.  

All charges are returnable to the Town of Butler Court on August 17, 2022.
