State Police investigate a double fatal accident in the town of Bath.

On December 17, 2022, at approximately 10:20 a.m., the State Police responded to a report of a 2 vehicle, serious injury accident, on County Route 11 in the town of Bath. 

Investigators say, a northbound vehicle being operated by Brandi White, age 39, from Bath, NY moved into the southbound lane striking a vehicle head on.

Ms. White was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The operator of the southbound vehicle, Jordan Smith, age 30, from Knoxville, PA was taken to Robert Packer Hospital in critical condition and subsequently died Saturday night from his injuries.

The State Police were assisted by the Bath Fire Department and the Bath Ambulance.
