UPDATE: On the morning of April 12th, an autopsy was conducted and has determined that the cause of death of Kenny J. Shipski Jr. was hemorrhage and left hemothorax, as a result of multiple stab wounds. The autopsy was performed at Albany Medical Center by Dr. Michael Sikirica.
State Police have arrested a suspect in connection with yesterday morning’s homicide in South Glens Falls. Forty-six year old Juan A. Vasquez of South Glens Falls, has been charge with Murder 2nd degree, a class A-1 felony, and Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony.
Vasquez was charged in the stabbing death of 30-year-old Kenny J. Shipski Jr., also of South Glens Falls. Shipski was located deceased early yestersday morning, in a room at the Clear View Motel. Preliminary investigation has determined that he was stabbed multiple times.
Vasquez has been arraigned in Moreau Town Court and remanded to Saratoga County Jail without bail.

State Police confirm they are investigating a homicide in South Glens Falls. At approximately 7:09 a.m. this morning, South Glens Falls Police Department responded to the Clear View Motel on Saratoga Avenue, for a stabbing.
Arriving patrols located a male victim deceased, with multiple stab wounds. At the request of South Glens Falls Police Department, State Police will be assuming the investigation.
