Cortlandt, New York - September 16, 2022, the New York State Police are searching for endangered Philip Boyle, age 79, of Cortlandt, reported missing by his family. 
 
The last confirmed sighting of Philip was at 8:30 a.m. in the Cortlandt Manor area, operating a black Honda CRV bearing NY registration CBW1369.  Philip is 6 feet 2 inches tall, approximately 250 lbs, wearing a red shirt and blue jeans. He may have been seen at 11:40 a.m. on Interstate 95 northbound and Central Avenue.
