UPDATED PRESS RELEASE
On December 5, 2022, State Police arrested Steven A. Johnson, age 38 from Canastota, NY for Petit Larceny, a class "A" misdemeanor.
State Police is investigating a larceny that occurred on October 5, 2022, at approximately 8:55 p.m. from the Price Chopper Super Market on State Route 12B in Hamilton, Madison County.
Troopers are attempting to identify the suspect captured on surveillance camera leaving the store with over $500 worth of food and merchandise without rendering payment.
