State Troopers arrest Parishville Man for Grand Larceny 4th-firearms, and Criminal Possession of weapon on school grounds

On September 14, 2022, Troopers arrested Logan C. Binan, 24 of Parishville, NY for Grand Larceny 4th-firearms, and Criminal Possession of weapon on school grounds.

On September 12, 2022, around 7:38 a.m., Troopers responded to County Route 47, in the town of Parishville for a larceny of guns.  A preliminary investigation revealed Binan stole three rifles from known family member’s garage.  Later in the evening Binan parked his vehicle on school property, walked into a wooded area near the school and was in possession of the rifles.

Binan turned himself in at Canton Police Department.  Troopers responded there, arrested and transported him to SP Canton for processing.  Binan was issued appearance tickets returnable to Parishville Town Court on October 4, 2022.
