On September 13, 2022, Troopers arrested Brandi N. Stocum, 30 of Plattsburgh for Criminal Contempt 2nd, disobey court order.

On September 13, 2022, around 8:30 a.m., Troopers responded to Salmon River Road, in the town of Plattsburgh, for a report of an overdose.  A preliminary investigation revealed Stocum was at the victim’s residence when there was a stay away order of protection set in place by the Judge. 

Stocum was arrested and transported to SP Plattsburgh for processing.  Stocum was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Schuyler Falls Town Court for a later date in September.  Stocum was transported to Plattsburgh City Police Department for having a warrant with their agency.
