The New York State Police and the Seneca County District Attorney’s Office investigated an incident at Five Points Correctional Facility (6600 State Route 96 Romulus, NY).  On January 31, 2022, while in the facility’s mess hall, multiple incarcerated persons initiated a physical fight with corrections officers.  The incident was presented to a Seneca County Grand Jury resulting in the indictment of 3 incarcerated persons.  Seneca County Court issued arrest warrants for these incarcerated persons.  On January 6, 2023, Jayvon Mulzac (41 years old), Ernastiaze Moore (22 years old), and Darrin Jones (24 years old) were all arraigned in Seneca County Court on the charge of Assault 2nd,  Degree, New York Penal Law 120.05(7), which is a Class D felony.
