PRESS RELEASE
 
Three people were arrested by New York State Police at Binghamton after a burglary that was reported in April occurring in the town of Windsor. 
 
Complainants reported that they discovered a multitude of items stolen from a trailer and shed on Scouten Hill Road in the town of Windsor.  Some of the stolen items included a rowboat, propane tanks, several tools and household items. Following an investigation, suspects were developed in the case. 
 
On May 4, 2020 Caleb E. Harris, age 23 of Windsor, NY responded to SP Binghamton where he was arrested and charged with the felony of Burglary in the second degree.  Harris was processed and released appearance tickets to the town of Windsor court on June 22, 2020.   
 
On May 7, 2020 Investigators arrested Robert L. Harris, age 46 of Windsor, NY for the felony of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the fourth degree.  He was processed and released on appearance tickets to the town of Windsor court on June 22, 2020. 
 
On July 9, Jamie A. Klein age 39 of Kirkwood, NY was arrested for the felony of Burglary in the second degree after a trooper recognized him as a passenger in a vehicle.  Klein was processed and transported to Broome County Central Arraignment and Processing.
