On September 7, 2019, State Police in Saratoga arrested 23-year-old John J. Morrison of Dundee, for Criminal Possession of Marihuana 4th degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree, and 3 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. Also charged, was 26-year-old Jenelle M. Menio of Dundee and a 16-year-old juvenile for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th degree.
 
Shortly after 5 p.m. on Saturday, State Police stopped a vehicle that was observed speeding on South Broadway in the city of Saratoga. When the Trooper spoke with driver John Morrison, he could smell the odor of marijuana coming from the inside of the vehicle.
 
A search of the vehicle revealed that Morrison was in possesion of a quanitity of concentrated cannabis, marijuana, and LSD. His passengers Jenelle Menio, and a 16-year-old juvenile, were also found in possession of a quanitiy of LSD. All three were tranported to SP Saratoga for processing.
 
Morrison and Menio were arraigned in Saratoga City Court and released on their own recognizance. They are due back in court on September 26, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. The juvenile was issued a Family Court appearance ticket answerable on September 10, 2019.
