Troopers were called to Boscov’s in Clifton Park yesterday after a theft was reported. As police responded, the suspect’s vehicle was observed traveling east on Sitterly Road and a traffic stop was attempted. The driver of the vehicle, later identified as George Conrad Jr., fled. Troopers pursued the vehicle a short distance before it came to a stop.

Conrad was found to be in possession of a stolen vacuum cleaner from Boscov’s, as well as drug paraphernalia, and a quantity of a white powdery substance believed to be heroin. Further search of the vehicle and its occupants revealed that Jessica Brown-Watson and Zoe Lovelace were each in possession of a glass pipe containing crack cocaine residue.
All three suspects were transported back to SP Clifton Park for processing where they were issued appearance tickets answerable in Halfmoon Town Court on July 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
