37-year-old Joseph A. Urban, of Port Henry, arrested September 16, 2020

Courtright, Urban, and McCaffrey were all charged with multiple counts of Grand Larceny 4th degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th degree, and Petit Larceny. They were all released with appearance tickets, directing them to appear in the Town of Plattsburgh Court.
State Police were assisted by the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department.
