Tompkins county man arrested after pointing crossbow at another person

On December 9, 2022, New York State Police at Ithaca arrested Berne H. Hall, age 58 of Ithaca, NY for the misdemeanors of Menacing in the second degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the fourth degree. 

An investigation revealed that Hall was involved in a dispute that day and later pointed a crossbow at a victim while at the Hanshaw Village Trailer Park.  Hall was arrested and transported to SP Ithaca where he was processed.  He was then transported to the Tompkins County Jail for Centralized Arraignment and Processing.
