Town Assessor Arrested on Eavesdropping charges

On January 27, 2023, State Police arrested Justin D. Masters, age 47 from Old Forge, NY for (1) count of Eavesdropping, a class “E” felony.

The arrest is the result of an investigation into allegations that Mr. Masters, the town of Webb assessor, placed a hidden camera to record town employees in their office. 

Mr. Masters was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Webb Court on February 14, 2023, at 1:00 p.m.
