On January 31st, 2021, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested James Wall, 39, for four counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree and both he and Susan Garmon, 48, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.   Both Wall and Garmon are Jamestown residents. 
 
The Troopers pulled Wall over on Interstate 86 in Bemus Point for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop, Wall was found to be in possession of 16 glassine envelopes, a smoking device containing methamphetamine residue, a bag containing methamphetamine and several scales containing drug residue.  Garmon was found to be in possession of a smoking device containing methamphetamine residue. Wall and Garmon were placed under arrest, transported to SP Jamestown and processed. Wall and Garmon were issued tickets and are scheduled to appear in the town of Ellery Court on a later date.
