Trooper arrest a New Jersey resident for DWI.

On Saturday, September 10, 2022, troopers from SP Waterloo observed a vehicle speeding on State Route 5 in the town of Waterloo.  Steven M. Barsky, age 23, of New Jersey, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, and a traffic violation.  

All charges are returnable to the Village of Waterloo Court on September 21, 2022.
