Troopers arrest an Altona male stemming from a domestic dispute

On November 3, 2022, Troopers arrested Ryan M. Dupee, 27 of Altona, NY for Criminal Mischief 4th, and Aggravated Family Offense.

On November 3, 2022, around 2:25 p.m., Troopers responded to Alder Bend Road in the town of Altona for a domestic dispute.  An investigation determined Dupree and the victim were involved in a verbal altercation regarding the use of suboxone.  During the argument Dupree became more upset and kicked the back entrance door causing damage. 

Dupree was arrested and transported to SP Champlain for processing.  Dupree was arraigned in the Town of Mooers Court where he was released on his own recognizances.
