On November 20, 2022, Troopers arrested Tanner L. Delarge, 25 of Ogdensburg, NY for petit larceny and criminal possession-controlled substance 7th.

On November 18, 2022, around 6:57 p.m., Troopers responded to The Shoe Department located on Canton Street in the town of Oswegatchie for a larceny complaint.  An investigation determined Delarge entered the store, stole merchandise valued at $19.97 passing all points of purchase without paying. 

Delarge left the scene and was later located by law enforcement on the city streets of Ogdensburg.  Delarge was arrested and transported to SP Ogdensburg for processing.  During a search of Delarge’s personal property, a metallic container was located containing methamphetamine. 

Delarge was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Oswegatchie Court on December 21, 2022, for the petit larceny charge.

He was also issued an appearance ticket returnable to the City of Ogdensburg on December 20, 2022, for the CPCS 7th charge.
