Troopers arrest an Ovid resident for DWI.

On Saturday, March 18, 2023, troopers from SP Waterloo observed a vehicle fail to keep right and performed an unsafe turn on State Route 89 in the town of Seneca Falls.  William E. Eastman, age 39, of Ovid, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, and multiple traffic violations.  

All charges are returnable to the Town of Seneca Falls Court on April 11, 2023.
