Troopers arrest a Bath resident for Criminal Impersonation in the 2nd Degree, Operating Without an Interlock Device, both Class A Misdemeanors, and multiple traffic violations.

On Friday February 3^rd, 2023, Troopers from SP Bath received information regarding a Criminal Impersonation during a traffic stop that took place January 26, 2023.  On the 26^th troopers stopped a motorist who identified himself as his brother and a ticket was issued.  After further investigation, troopers identified the suspect as Dennis A. Crowley, age 37 of Bath.  Troopers located and arrested Crowley for Criminal Impersonation in the 2^nd Degree, Operating Without an Interlock Device, both Class A Misdemeanors and multiple traffic violations.

Crowley was transported to SP Bath, processed, and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Bath Town Court on February 22, 2023, at 1:00 p.m.
