Troopers arrest a Butler man for DWI while a child was in the vehicle.

On Sunday, April 3, 2022, troopers from SP Auburn observed a vehicle with a brake lamp out on State Route 5 in the town of Aurelius.  Kevin J. Reagan, 35, of Butler, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a Child, open container, and several traffic tickets.  

All tickets returnable to the Town of Aurelius Court on April 20, 2022.
