Troopers arrest a Cato resident for DWI.

PRESS RELEASE
 
On Saturday, July 9, 2022, troopers from SP Auburn observed a vehicle failing to keep right on Centerport Road in the town of Throop.  Melissa S. Rogers, 34, of Cato, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, and a traffic ticket. 
All charges are returnable to the Town of Throop Court on August 23, 2022.
