Troopers arrest a Chase Mills male for petit larceny

On May 1, 2023, Troopers arrested Mark F. Tiernan, age 54, of Chase Mills, NY for petit larceny.

On May 1, 2023, around 11:31 a.m., Troopers responded to Stewart’s located on State Highway 56 in the town of Louisville for a larceny complaint. An investigation determined Tiernan was driving a black Dodge Ram, when he approached the gas pumps, pumped $46.53 in gas, and drove off. 

Tiernan was located, arrested and transported to SP Massena for processing.  He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Louisville Court for a later date in June.
