Troopers arrest a Chittenango resident for DWAI Drugs.

On Monday, December 12, 2022, troopers from SP Wolcott responded to a suspicious vehicle at the Fastrac in the town of Butler.  State Troopers located Andrew J. Finocchiaro, age 43, of Chittenango, and subsequently arrested him for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs. 

Troopers issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Butler Court on January 25, 2023.
