Troopers arrest a Clyde resident for DWI.

On Friday, September 2, 2022, troopers from SP Lyons observed a vehicle with improper taillights on State Route 14 in the town of Lyons.  Joseph E. Cole, age 70, of Clyde, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree, and other traffic violations. 

All charges are returnable to the Town of Lyons Court on September 13, 2022.
