Major Eugene J. Staniszewski
 Troop E Commander

On November 29, 2021, at approximately 7:34 p.m., troopers out of SP Canandaigua responded to 2834 State Route 96 in the town of Manchester for a reported vehicle that had crashed into a house.  Upon Troopers arrival, it was determined that a white Ford 250 operated by Christopher Livermore, crashed into a residence.  Livermore reported to troopers that he swerved to avoid a deer.

During the interview, troopers determined Livermore had been drinking and failed a series of sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.

Livermore submitted to a breath test which resulted in a BAC of .19%.  Livermore was issued traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Manchester Court for a later date in December.
