Troopers arrest a Geneva man for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Open Container, and traffic tickets.

On Tuesday, July 19, 2022, troopers from SP Waterloo responded to an erratic vehicle on Exchange Street in the city of Geneva.  Anthony L. Kirkland, 59, of Geneva, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Open Container, and traffic tickets. 

All of Kirkland’s charges are returnable to the City of Geneva Court on August 8, 2022.
