Troopers arrest a Geneva resident for DWI.

On Sunday, March 12, 2023, troopers from SP Waterloo observed a vehicle speeding on State Route 318 in the town of Junius.  The operator, Juan J. Galvezperez, age 23, of Geneva, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, Open Container, and traffic violations.  

All charges are returnable to the Town of Junius Court on April 20, 2023.
