Troopers arrest a Geneva resident for Felony DWI.

On Sunday, October 2, 2022, troopers from SP Lyons responded to an erratic driver near State Route 14 and State Route 31 in the town of Lyons.  Brandon M. Giovannini, age 38, of Geneva, was subsequently arrested for Felony Driving While Intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, and a traffic violation. 

All charges are returnable to the Town of Lyons Court on November 1, 2022.
