On September 12, 2022, Troopers arrested Roy L. Dobson, 42 of Warner Robins, GA for Grand Larceny 3rd.

On September 12, 2022, at around 1:00 a.m., troopers responded to State Route 9, in the town of Plattsburgh for a fraud complaint. A preliminary investigation revealed Dobson made numerous transactions from the victim’s cash app account, transferring the money into his cash app account.  Dobson was arrested and transported to SP Plattsburgh for processing.

Dobson was arraigned at Plattsburgh Town Court and released on his own recognizances.
