Troopers arrest Ithaca resident for DWI.

On Saturday, April 30, 2022, troopers from SP Auburn responded to an incident involving a vehicle on State Route 34 in the town of Scipio.  Christopher L. Dow, 57, of Ithaca, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08% and Possession of an Open Container.  

Dow’s tickets are returnable to the Town of Scipio Court on May 16, 2022.
