Troopers arrest a Lyons man for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired by Drugs and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.  

On Friday, March 25, 2022, troopers from SP Lyons observed a suspicious vehicle on Geneva Street in the town of Lyons.  Troopers arrested Brandon M. Stowell, age 30, of Lyons, for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired by Drugs and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.  

Stowell was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Lyons Court on April 12, 2022.
