Troopers arrest a Lyons resident for DWI.

On Friday, September 23, 2022, troopers from SP Wolcott responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Hapeman Road and Cemetery Road in the town of Wolcott.  Evan C. Fowler, age 26, of Lyons, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, and traffic tickets.  

All charges are returnable to the Town of Wolcott Court on October 6, 2022.
