PRESS RELEASE
 

On November 26, 2021, at approximately 11:27 A.M., the State Police out of SP Rochester conducted a traffic stop on I-590 northbound in the town of Brighton.  The trooper was able to identify the driver as Isaac J. Jones, age 26, from Rochester.  

A New York State DMV check of Mr. Jones’s license revealed that he had several stay away orders of protection from Taylor E. Cromes, age 23, from Rochester.  The trooper identified the passenger in the vehicle as Ms. Cromes, the requesting person on two of the orders of protection.  

Mr. Jones was subsequently arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt Second Degree for violating the stay away order of protection.  Mr. Jones was released on his own recognizance and is to appear on December 20, 2021, at 2:30 P.M., in the Town of Brighton Court.
