Troopers arrest a Rochester resident for DWI.

PRESS RELEASE
 

On Saturday, December 3, 2022, troopers from SP Lyons observed a vehicle with no plate light on State Route 31 in the town of Palmyra.  Troopers subsequently arrested David J. Eckert, age 59, of Rochester, for Driving While Intoxicated, Open Container, and multiple traffic violations. 

All charges are returnable to the Town of Palmyra Court on December 20, 2022.
