Troopers arrest a Rochester resident for DWI.

PRESS RELEASE
 

On Friday, August 26, 2022, troopers from SP Walworth responded to an erratic driver on North Slocum Road in the town of Ontario.  Mark S. Polizzi, age 61, of Rochester, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, refusal to submit to a breath test, Open Container, and traffic violations.  

All charges are returnable to the Town of Ontario Court on September 27, 2022.
