Troopers arrest a Romulus resident for DWI.

On Sunday, September 4, 2022, troopers from SP Romulus responded to an erratic driver on State Route 20 and River Road in the town of Seneca Falls.  Gerardo Lara Garcia, age 37, of Romulus, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, Open Container, and other traffic violations. 

All charges are returnable to the Town of Fayette Court on October 11, 2022.
