Troopers arrest two individuals for petit larceny

On March 13, 2023, Troopers arrested Tracy A. Bombard, age 47 of Mooers, NY and Shaina S. Barton, age 31 of Morrisonville, NY for petit larceny. 

On March 8, 2023, around 6:09p.m., Troopers responded to Dollar General located on State Route 22, in the town of Beekmantown for a larceny complaint. An investigation determined Bombard and Barton entered the store, stole merchandise valued at $62.00 dollar passing all points of purchase without paying.   Bombard and Barton were identified and interviewed regarding the incident.   

Bombard and Barton were arrested and processed at SP Plattsburgh for petit larceny. They were released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Beekmantown Court on a later date in April.
