Troopers arrest a Victory resident for Criminal Contempt 1st Degree, and Harassment 2nd Degree.

PRESS RELEASE
 

On Tuesday, July 19, 2022, troopers from SP Auburn responded to a domestic incident on State Route 104 in the town of Sterling.  Troopers subsequently arrested Christopher P. Finnerty, 42, of Victory, for Criminal Contempt 1st Degree, and Harassment 2nd Degree.

Finnerty was transported to Cayuga County Jail for arraignment.
