Troopers arrest a Waterloo man for Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.

On Saturday, June 4, 2022, troopers from SP Waterloo responded to an incident on Knauss Road in the town of Fayette.  Thomas R. Lapp, 36, of Waterloo, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. 

All of Lapp’s charges are returnable to the Town of Fayette Court on July 12, 2022.
