Troopers arrest a Willard resident for DWI.

On Friday, March 17, 2023, troopers from SP Waterloo observed a vehicle speeding on State Route 96A in the town of Willard.  Christopher M. Woodard, age 55, of Willard, was subsequently arrested for Driving While intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, and traffic violations.  

All charges are returnable to the Town of Romulus Court on April 28, 2023.
