On December 15, 2022, Troopers arrested Cordell W. Douglas, age 28, of Winthrop, NY for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th. 

On December 15, 2022, around 9:30 p.m., Troopers responded to Town Line Market, located on State Highway 11c in the town of Winthrop for a suspicious person complaint.  An investigation determined Douglas was found in possession of drug paraphernalia in his vehicle and on him while being searched. 

Douglas was arrested and transported to SP Massena for processing.  He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Brasher Court for a later date in January 2023.
