On November 4, 2022, Troopers arrested Jonathan E. Black, 39 of Winthrop, NY for Criminal Contempt 2nd.

On November 4, 2022, around 8:58 a.m., Troopers responded to Hutchins Street, in the town of Norfolk, for a domestic dispute.  An investigation determined Black was at the victims’ residences when he was not allowed to be there due to and active Order of Protection being in place.

Black was arrested and transported to SP Massena for processing.  He arraigned in the Town of Potsdam Court where he was remanded to St. Lawrence Court Jail.
