Troopers arrest a Wolcott man for Driving While Intoxicated, and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.

On Tuesday, April 26, 2022, troopers from SP Wolcott responded to a suspicious vehicle on South Street in the village of Red Creek.  Florencio A. Cruz, 30, of Wolcott, was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, and numerous traffic tickets.  All tickets returnable to the Town of Wolcott Court on May 19, 2022.
