Troopers arrested a Malone female for DWI

On November 19, 2022, Troopers arrested Anna E. Fisher, 25 of Malone, NY for driving while intoxicated.

On November 18, 2022, around 11:30 p.m., Troopers responded to Limekiln Road in the town of Malone for a property damage accident. An investigation determined Fisher was traveling south on Limekiln Road when she lost control of her black Chevrolet pick up truck striking a pole. Further investigation, Fisher was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s.

Fisher was transported to SP Malone for processing. A chemical breath test revealed a 0.10% BAC. She was released on traffic tickets returnable to Town of Malone Court for December 8, 2022.
