Troopers arrested a Mooers Forks male for Menacing 2nd, Burglary 2nd, and Criminal Possession of a weapon 3rd

On December 13, 2022, Troopers arrested Richard M. Brundige, age 44, of Mooers Forks, NY for Menacing 2^nd, Burglary 2^nd, and Criminal Possession of a weapon 3^rd.

On December 12, 2022, around 11:51 p.m., State Police responded to Prospect Street in the town of Champlain for a report of a menacing with a weapon complaint.  An investigation determined Brundige kicked in the garage door, pointed a rifle at the victim stating threatening remarks. 

Brundige was arrested and transported to SP Plattsburgh for processing.  He was arraigned in the Town of Champlain Court and remanded to Clinton Count Jail without bail.
