Troopers in Horseheads arrest a motorist for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd Degree and Possession of Illegal Fireworks.

On July 4, 2022, at approximately 6:20 p.m., the State Police out of Horseheads conducted a traffic stop on a motorist for speeding on Interstate 86, in the town of Big Flats.  While interviewing the driver, Jaimy F. Allen, age 43, from Newfield, it was determined that Allen possessed a suspended New York State drivers license. Troopers also observed illegal fireworks inside the pick-up truck. 

Allen was arraigned in the Town of Big flats Court for Unlawful Possession of Fireworks, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2^nd Degree.  Allen is to appear at the Town of Big Flats Court on July 11, 2022, at 3:30 p.m.
