Troopers in Horseheads stop an Elmira women with suspended license

PRESS RELEASE
 

On April 6, 2022, at approximately 9:47a.m., State Police out of Horseheads conducted a traffic stop of a motorist for speeding on Interstate 86, in the town of Big Flats. The operator, identified as Sophia L. Batista, age 23, from Elmira, possessed a suspended New York State drivers license. 

Batista was issued an appearance ticket for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd Degree, returnable to the Town of Big Flats Court on May 5, 2022, at 6:00 p.m.
